Crystallography

Crystallography is the science of crystals which study the inner structure of crystalline solids as well as their physicochemical properties

Research Topics

Crystallography is a field of research with an interdisciplinary character with applications in mineralogy, chemistry, physics, mathematics, biology, metallurgy and material science.

Theoretical crystallography, optical spectroscopic methods and non-ambient single-crystal and powder diffraction methods are used for e.g. ferroelectric materials and microporous materials.
